Lifestyle brother photos || Northern Virginia family photography
My sweet nephews (and their awesome parents) came for their first visit to Northern Virginia this past week, and I of course had to take a million photos of them. They went into DC a couple of days, and I didn't go, due to the fact that I'm basically 36 weeks pregnant now, so there would've been even more photos! I love getting to spend time with my family, and being with the boys all week, makes me even more excited about the little boy growing in my belly. Just 4 more weeks till our due date, and I'm keeping my fingers crossed that he makes his appearance as close to that date as possible! Here's hoping anyways..
But more about these photos. These first ones were taken in our apartment one morning when we were all just hanging out. They wanted to play with uncle Josh's guitar and plopped down in the floor with him right in front of the window. Hello perfect back light! There is only one photo in the whole post that is 'posed' (you can tell by the looking at the camera and smiling), all the rest are just lifestyle. I simply followed the boys around and captured what they were doing.
The second set is from Barrel Oak Vineyard, and while I captured some sweet photos of them, the majority of their time on the hill was spent wrestling either with each other or with their dad and uncle. Barrel Oak has been voted the most family friendly vineyard, and when you're there it's easy to see why!
And last but not least, was Labor Day. We took the boys to a park, which unfortunately had the playground under construction. Whoops. They managed to still have an amazing afternoon though, first playing baseball, and going on ghost hunting adventures (Judah loves the Ghostbusters), and then playing in the dirt. These boys have my heart, and I cannot wait till their baby cousin is here to join in on all the fun!
