November personal photos || Northern Virginia Family Photographer
Another month come and gone. I find myself wondering when I will stop measuring Cantor's life in months. When will each passing month feel less big? Because every time the 5th of the month passes and my baby turns a month older, I feel a little sad. Forever writing about how much I struggle with this baby boy of mine getting older. But loving this season with him so much. Especially with the holidays approaching. He was itty bitty last Christmas and it's so much fun this year to watch him dancing to "Frosty the Snowman," apparently his favorite song, or his wide-eyed wonder at the Christmas tree before he started yanking all the ornaments off. Ornaments now are only on the top half of our tree. Life with toddlers!
Novemeber was so busy. We moved the end of October and so I didn't take a ton of personal photos. A house full of boxes and clutter is a bit uninspiring. We're pretty settled now though and I'm looking forward to playing with the light in this new place. We have lots of windows which makes this photographer's heart happy! Even though I didn't pick up my camera as often as I'd like I did take a lot of photos when I did. Maybe it's a little guilt for not shooting as often as I feel like I should. Highlights this month for me are playing at the new playground here where we live and "painting" in the bathtub with yogurt. I also love the photos of him pointing at the very end. That double jointed finger is the cutest to me. And lastly I included the photos I took for our Christmas Cards, which I just ordered yesterday because my to do list is too long. So if you get a card from us, you can just act surprised and like you haven't already seen the photos. Ha!
